Professionally-trained by renowned makeup artist Viv Rushbrook, at Brisbane’s Screen Makeup Academy, Rachael has a Diploma of Cinemagraphic Makeup and Special FX. She is constantly updating her skills and range of styles to keep abreast of the latest makeup trends and fashions. Ask for her advice, or suggest a look - Rachael is approachable and accommodating, and will take the stress out of the occasion.
Rachael is experienced in film makeup, stage makeup, fashion makeup, bridal and wedding makeup, and also hired as a makeup, skincare and grooming instructor and consultant. She is confident and well-presented, and highly regarded for her approachable and personable manner. Rachael can attend your wedding and keep things running smoothly - and if requested can be hired to blend into the background, ready to touch up faces during photographs and even the reception. A wedding makeup trial is recommended and is usally booked 4 - 6 wks prior to the wedding. Maybe you would like this trial to coincide with your bridal shower, and follow it up with a Makeup Party! Makeup trials can be for the bride-to-be, her bridesmaids and mother-of-the-bride if they wish and takes longer than a normal session; allow 1 to 1.5hrs for Rachael to discuss and perfect the style you want for your day.

As owner of Makeup and Glow online makeup store, Rachael can be booked personally to come to your place and show you and your group of friends the makeup range whilst receiving some great makeup tips! Find out what colours suit your skin tone and have foundation perfectly colour matched. Finally learn how to do the looks you've always admired without the pressure or prices of a makeup counter. Makeup parties are FREE and only require a booking deposit which is refunded on the day. If you would like seperate one on one makeup tuition then charges do apply and can be discussed with Rachael. All customers or most welcome to also visit Rachael's studio located in Brisbane's Inner North to see the full range of products. Gift Certificates are also available on all makeup services.
